Coordinated with Sotheby’s Institute of Art with online course schedule, negotiating with professor’s time and overcoming difficulty of students and professors were in different time zones.
Planned and created marketing materials and promotional videos, a 2-min advertising campaign.
Modified and localized Chinese version of Art History and Art Business course plan on Canvas through inviting Chinese art history and business scholars to bridge students’ learning with prior knowledge on Chinese art history and art market.
At the preparation phase, translated course captions from Sotheby’s Institute of Art to Chinese; During the course, consecutive translated professor’s instruction to Chinese students.
Helped professors answer students’ problems after class, explained details of assignments, and coped with technical issues.
Designed a feedback survey with teammates to collect students’ learning experience and improved course quality through 1v1 conversations. Outstanding students were selected to speak about their learning experience on social media.
